IIDX Tools

I've went ahead and compiled all the IIDX tools available elsewhere.

Descramble .2DX (sound archive) files
Descramble/rescramble DATA\INFO\EOUT.BIN (song index file)
Descramble IIDX DistorteD GCZ files (only DD has scrambled GCZs)
Unpack a GCZ (texture) directory into separate TGA files [UPDATED]
Assembles GCZ and IDX files from TGA files
Splits a non-scrambled .2DX file into WAV files
Decompress .INZ and .XZ files into .INIs and .Xs respectively
